Life, indeed, is short…So let’s enjoy it! As I seek to serve my clients, my foundation is “Consider others as more important than myself”. Do I always succeed? Likely not…but starting here provides a great opportunity to be the best I can be when advising clients regarding some of the most important aspects of their financial lives. It is a great responsibility and it is taken seriously here.
Ross Hudson is a lifelong resident of Central Florida and founder of Hudson Appraisals and Summit Properties Realty. These companies have served, literally, thousands of clients over the past 20+ years providing prudent real estate brokerage and valuation advice in all aspects of the real estate world. The most recent years have found Ross engaged in the financial world, associated with Christensen Financial, providing Mortgage consulting and services that are informed by the years of appraisal and real estate experience gathered from Hudson Appraisals and Summit Properties Realty.
As a published author, Ross’s most recent work is a new book, “Foreclosure Home Buying Secrets” available in both printed and online versions.
Other passions include service in his local church, Orlando Grace Church, ( www.OrlandoGraceChurch.org ) in Altamonte Springs where he currently serves as Chairman of the Building Committee, tasked with transforming their 6 acre Altamonte Springs site into a Worship Center and a facility to serve the local community. And of course, his wife and kids are a more than occasional source of both joy and delight!!! An adopted cat, Ayce, is the most recent of a long line of wonderful pets that have shared the Hudson household over the years. You can see a picture of Ayce in the Pics section of this site…he really is a “cool cat”.
Another passion is that of Freedom in our personal lives and Constitutional integrity in our governmental structures. Two important organizations serving these causes are www.FairTax.org and www.CampaignForLiberty.com
